In 2019, Ananya Panday had launched the initiative, So Positive, to battle online trolling. In April, as the exam fever has gripped the country, So Positive, in association with Nick India, has kicked off a campaign that encourages parents to ease exam pressure by recognising their child’s strengths.
“Exam pressure is something almost every student experiences, but it’s important to remember that it doesn’t define you,” said the actor. The week-long campaign will suggest ways for children to manage stress, and prompt families to encourage them.
Panday added, “The best way to deal with it is to step back and remind yourself that exams are just a small part of a much bigger journey. Sometimes even small actions, like pausing, sharing how you feel, or letting go of expectations, can make a big difference.”
