In Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, people are enjoying Shilpa Shinde`s comeback! However, it appears that not everyone is pleased with the mindset she has brought back. Shilpa told IANS, “Mujhe isme koi comparison nahi dikhti (sic),” in reference to Shubhangi Atre.
The actress added, “Bhabhiji Shilpa Shinde hi thi, always (sic),” upon her return to the show. Actress Sasural Simar Ka and Bigg Boss OTT star Falaq Naaz reshared the video on her Instagram story, calling out her “rude” behavior. The caption read, “With all due respect Shilpa jee… 10 saal baad jo aap wapes usi character me wapes aai hain wo character Shubhangi ne baa khubi nibhaya hai, jiya hai (sic).”

In response to Shilpa, the actress hit back, adding, “Aap to chali gayin thi Tata bye bye karke show ko.” Shilpa was also pushed by Falaq to give Shubhangi “some appreciation and respect” because she performed a “wonderful job” as an actor.
Falaq said, “If I were in your place, I would have thanked her for keeping my character alive all these years and returning it to me without any drama, unlike you (sic).” “You`re not being overly confident, you`re being rude,” she continued to criticize Shilpa. “Very depressing (sic).”
“Ye over-confidence nahi hai meri, but ye mehnat hai meri,” Shilpa said, putting an end to the comparisons. Maine jo apni jagah banyi hai, jo apne aap ko evidence kiya hai uski mehnat hai (sp).” A commenter responded to Shilpa`s statement by making fun of it, saying, “…shilpa_shinde_official incredibly overconfident and snooty woman! At the very least, be respectful and admit that you were taken over by someone who refused to let the show end. You are far inferior to shubhangiaofficial! (sic).”

Sourabh Raaj Jain also came out in support of Shubhangi and slammed Shilpa, “A replaced actor entertained audiences for around 10 years and was loved throughout. When the first actor steps back into the same character she left 10 years ago and tells the media that the replaced actor lacks comic timing, no ma’am, it’s YOU who lack basic decency. IYKYK (sic).”
Earlier, Shubhangi Atre had shared, “Replacing someone is never easy. When you create a character from scratch, you shape it through your own personality and experiences. But when you take on a role that already exists, you have to retain the nuances without making it seem like a copy and still build your own connection with the audience. I am grateful that viewers accepted me with so much love. In the end, I am satisfied that I did my work with honesty and dedication.”
