New Delhi: Bigg Boss 19 host Salman Khan will be stepping away from his hosting duties for this week’s Weekend Ka Vaar episodes as he is busy shooting for his upcoming film Battle of Galwan in Ladakh.
According to a report by India Today, the Sikander actor began filming on Tuesday, and the schedule is expected to run for several days. This will prevent Salman from being present in Mumbai to host the weekend episodes.
The report further adds that Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, who hosted Season 1 of Bigg Boss, will take over hosting duties for the episodes airing on September 13 and 14.

The superstar was recently spotted at Leh Airport before heading to the shoot location.
Reports claim that the Ladakh schedule is packed with high-octane action sequences, and director Apoorva Lakhia has planned to shoot the challenging portions before harsh weather conditions set in.

‘OG Host Back’
Actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, who are eyeing the release of their upcoming movie Jolly LLB 3, will take up hosting duties.
Arshad Warsi will return to the Bigg Boss stage as host after 18 years, as he hosted the very first season of the iconic reality show in 2006.
A Times Now report states that actor Saurabh Shukla, also part of Jolly LLB 3, is expected to join them on stage.
Bigg Boss 19 will see its first elimination of the season. Fans are eager to see how Akshay and Arshad are going to take up the hosting duties.
Meanwhile, Salman’s leaner look, moustache, and military avatar from Battle of Galwan are surfacing online. The actor is expected to return to Bigg Boss 19 after his Ladakh schedule is completed, and fans are excited to see the shake-up.
Helmed by Apoorva Lakhia, Battle of Galwan also stars Chitrangada Singh in a pivotal role.

Reportedly, Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Annu Kapoor, and Huma Qureshi will reprise their roles from the previous two films. The film also marks the comeback of Amrita Rao after six years.
The film is scheduled to release on September 19, 2025.
