Deepika Padukone's fitness trainer shares perfect workout hacks for travelers; Here's how to turn hotel room into gym without any equipment

Deepika Padukone, the stunning actress who sets the standard high for fitness, has her social media page filled with travels. To maintain the strength, the 39-year-old’s fitness trainer recently released a clip who believes hotel stays, unknown places, and tight schedules should not affect the workout. Yasmin Karachiwala, the trainer who has also associated with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt, gave quick workout ideas that do not need any heavy weight lifts or mats. Karachiwala dropped the video on Instagram of a simple routine in the hotel room to work the full body, claiming how difficult it would be to travel. Let’s take a look.

Exercise 1: Squats

Squats are usually performed with equipment as well. The exercise is useful for lower core strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. During the travel, the routine can be performed with the help ofthe hotel’s bed, taking a balance of the sturdy furniture.

Exercise 2: Incline Push-up

Incline Push-ups, the variation that is usually performed with elevated equipment, help in building upper-body strength. In the hotel room, a bed or ta able can be used as a stable surface that would provide the appropriate elevation.

Exercise 3: Single-leg Squat

Single-leg squat helps in creating appropriate balance and flexibility, pressuring one leg at a time. While travelling, hotel rooms have a stable surface that can help balance one leg, and lowering down at an appropriate speed.

Exercise 4: Shoulder Circles

Shoulder Circles boost muscle strength and loosen the stiffness. Keeping the hands on the shoulder level and rotating them in a circular motion adds a simple yet creative aid for stress during the travels.

Exercise 5: Rolling like a ball to stand

Last but not least, rolling like a ball to stand might have been childhood memories, but it adds up as an exercise in the routine as well. From going in a backward direction to the bed, closing yourself as a ball, to standing back up, this routine completes the exercise during travel.
