NEW DELHI: Madhya Pradesh skipper Rajat Patidar was at his absolute best on Friday as his unbeaten 29-ball 66 carnage powered his side to the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final in Bengaluru.
Lighting up the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, the Patidar assault floored Delhi as the MP made a mockery of 147-run chase, winning the match by 7 wickets.
Chasing a tricky total, MP were in a spot of bother at 46 for 3, but Patidar was the man on a mission as he ripped apart Delhi bowlers one after another.
The Patidar assault that came at a strike rate of 227.59 had 4 fours and a jaw-dropping six sixes in it.
Raising an unbeaten century-plus stand with Harpreet Singh, Patidar put MP across the finish-line with 26 balls to spare.
