NEW DELHI: Madhya Pradesh skipper Rajat Patidar was at his absolute best on Friday as his unbeaten 29-ball 66 carnage powered his side to the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final in Bengaluru.
Lighting up the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, the Patidar assault floored Delhi as the MP made a mockery of 147-run chase, winning the match by 7 wickets.
Chasing a tricky total, MP were in a spot of bother at 46 for 3, but Patidar was the man on a mission as he ripped apart Delhi bowlers one after another.
The Patidar assault that came at a strike rate of 227.59 had 4 fours and a jaw-dropping six sixes in it.

Raising an unbeaten century-plus stand with Harpreet Singh, Patidar put MP across the finish-line with 26 balls to spare.
Earlier, MP bowlers pulled off an collective effort to restrict Delhi to 146 for five after opting to bowl.
Anuj Rawat (33) was the highest run-scorer for Delhi as their batters struggled to score runs against a solid bowling effort from MP.
In the chase, Harpreet also starred with his unbeaten 38-ball 46 alongside Patidar blitz.
MP will face Mumbai in the SMAT final on Sunday.
