IND vs SA 1st Test: South Africa reach 105 runs for three wickets at Lunch

In the first Test match against Team India, South Africa reached the score of 105 runs for the loss of three wickets at lunch on Day 1 at the Eden Gardens.

The hosts` lead pacer Jasprit Bumrah bagged two wickets by conceding just nine runs in seven overs.

Having opted to bat first, Aiden Markram and Ryan Rickelton opened the innings for South Africa. Facing 48 balls, Markram managed to score 31 runs, with the help of five boundaries and a maximum, whereas Rickelton garnered 23 runs off 22 deliveries, including four boundaries.
