BTS Jin has finally made his long-awaited solo comeback with his first solo album, ‘Happy’. He promoted the same with his first-ever appearance as a solo artist on American television on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon‘. Jin won the hearts of viewers across the globe with his signature charisma and gorgeous looks.
He was seen roaming around the set as a superhero, repeating the main phrase of his lead track, ‘Running Wild.’ When Jimmy Fallon saw him, he too couldn’t resist the fun. Upon stepping onto the stage, Jin brought even more humor and charisma and left the audience laughing.
As Jin approached the iconic couch, his Korean upbringing took center stage. Fallon being the elder, Jin requested Fallon to take the seat first; a comical “respect battle” fought between the two. Jin’s insistence turned the entire thing into a memorable and culturally enriching moment.
Jin’s album ‘Happy’ features six tracks: ‘Running Wild,’ ‘I’ll Be There,’ ‘Another Level,’ ‘Until It Reaches You,’ ‘Heart on the Window,’ and ‘In Yearning/Longing.’ The standout track ‘Heart on the Window’ is a collaborative piece with Wendy from Red Velvet, showcasing Jin’s versatility as an artist. Adding a personal touch, Jin designed the album cover himself, reflecting his creative flair.
Jin’s performance on ‘The Tonight Show’ and his recent album, bear testimony to his evolution into an artist using both comedy, cultural pride, and the sheer depth of an artistic idea. With him continuing the journey solo, anticipation for the next installment of his story runs high.
Further, there’s a piece of exciting news for fans, Jin announced a fan meeting on Nov. 24, 2024, at the Lotte World Adventure Carousel.
