Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment sets out to prove too many cooks don’t just spoil the broth – they make it hilarious. The kitchen is cooking dinnertainment with a dash of romance and just in time for a Propose Day special, the missing ingredient of the OG circle has returned: the one and only Rahul Vaidya. The moment Rahul stepped he serenaded the room into a romantic frenzy, turning India’s favourite televised kitchen into a full-blown concert. Amid the cooking battles, the entire team abandoned their counters for an impromptu dance floor, vibing to classics like Gulabi Aankhein and Dil Toh Pagal Hai.
When the music faded, the cook-off picked up competitive fire. In Sudesh Lehri’s absence, Rahul teamed up with the firecracker Nia Sharma to whip up a menu that sounds like a culinary dare: Pyaaz ki Kheer (yes, onion pudding) followed by a soul-warming lobiya dish.

Speaking about his return, Rahul Vaidya shares, “Coming back to Laughter Chefs honestly feels like coming home, except here, instead of sofas, we have frying pans and full drama! I’ve really missed this madness, the people, and this crazy energy that stays with you even when you’re away. Cooking with Nia was a brand-new adventure, spicy, unpredictable, and full entertainment, just like her! And meeting Aly again brought back so many memories and that comfort you rarely find at work. Everywhere I go, friends keep telling me how obsessed they are with this show, and now that I’m back, I completely get why this season hits different. This Propose Day, I want to say, love doesn’t always need roses and candlelight. Sometimes it’s about laughing, teasing, and showing up for your parents, siblings, friends, and kids. If this show gives people one more reason to say ‘I love you’, then I think we’ve done our job!”
Rahul Vaidya on returning to Laughter Chefs
Earlier, Rahul Vaidya had shared, “This show genuinely feels like family to me. It never felt like I was coming back after a long gap; it felt like I had always been here. Surprising everyone, being part of Bharti’s godh bharai, singing for her, and seeing the love on set was special. Reuniting with Aly instantly took me back to Season 1; we created some memorable dishes together, and that comfort just comes naturally. The banter with Jannat and the rest of the chefs is all in good fun, and that’s what makes this kitchen so special.”
