Netizens call out Shoaib for promoting `vlog’ following Pahalgam terror attack

Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakkar, with their son Ruhaan and cousin Rehaan, went for a short vacation in Kashmir. They left Kashmir on the morning the Pahalgam attack took place and now they are under fire for promoting their vlog while updating fans about their whereabouts following the horrific terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Several users have condemned Shoaib Ibrahim for prioritizing plugging their vlog instead of showing empathy towards the victims.

After the terror attack, the concerned fans were questioning if they are safe. While updating fans about their safety and well-being, Shoaib took to his social media and wrote, “Hi guys, U all have been concerned for our well-being… Hum sab safe hain theek hain, aaj hi morning me we left Kashmir… New vlog coming soon.” (Hi guys, you all have been concerned for our well-being… We are all safe and fine. We left Kashmir just this morning… New vlog coming soon.)

Netizens react to Shoaib`s story

While many were relieved reading he and the family are safe, several other users noticed the vlog promotions and are now calling them out for being insensitive. One wrote, “Lol!!!!! What a shame you all are!!!! NEW vlog coming!!! Wow…. people are mad u watch their stupid full of drama vlogs… all they want is money and they give zero fuck what happened in Pahalgam.. enko bas vlog ki padi hai.” “Shame on people who are subscribers of ur channel,” another comment reads. A third comment reads, “Dude shame on you, so many people died and you wrote `new vlog coming soon` on the same story.” “Shame on you. Not a single word about the Pahalgam attack,” a user questioned.

About the Pahalgam terror attack

A terror attack broke out in the Pahalgam hill station in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday. Over 20 tourists, including Indians and two foreigners, were shot dead by terrorists in the valley.

According to reports, two to three terrorists wearing army fatigues opened fire on horse-riding tourists in the Baisaran area around 2:30 p.m. Baisaran is a small meadow located 3 to 4 km from the Pahalgam market, and tourists typically ride horses to reach the spot as there is no motorable road.
