Ibrahim Ali Khan was recently spotted at the Vogue Forces of Fashion event, where the actor embraced his lisp while interacting. The actor had a fun rapid fire with the team where he shared that his current favourite song was from Aryan Khan`s The Bads Of Bollywood, Ghafoor. In a recent interaction, Ibrahim Ali Khan got candid about the constant comparison between him and his father, Saif Ali Khan. He said, “For years, I’ve been told I look just like my father. ‘Oh my god, you’re just like him, you’re just like him, you’re just like him. Oh my god, you’re just like Saif.’ When you’re constantly fed something like that, that becomes a standard for you. You want to be more and more like him.”

Looking at the career trajectory with numerous hits and path-breaking projects of Saif Ali Khan, Ibrahim shared, “I think my dad is an amazing actor. What I really like about him is that there were a lot of people who doubted him in the beginning. He took quite a few films to find his feet and become the versatile performer he is now,” he shared.

Ibrahim had also shared his take on entering the industry with a different mindset. He said, “I am not saying I took my chance for granted, but I stepped into the industry like, ‘Ho jaayega’. Of course, I was working very hard—like I’m still working hard on my speech issue. But in a way, I feel I must have rushed into that movie. I was 21 when I began shooting for it—others around me are doing it at 26, 27, 28—and I now think I could have been more mindful of the scale of what was going to happen.”

Ibrahim is currently preparing for his big-screen debut with Diler. Ibrahim appears to be ready to write his own story, using his father`s experience as both a guide and a reminder.
