
Actress Priyanka Chopra joined her husband Nick Jonas and the Jonas brothers for their oh-so-famous pre-show ritual. Nick posted a fun video on his Instagram, where he, PeeCee, and brother Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, were seen grooving on the old Bollywood banger, Aap Jaisa Koi from the 1980 release Qurbani featuring Feroz Khan, Vinod Khanna, and Zeenat Aman.

The four of them can be seen having a blast as they enjoy the peppy lyrics of the hit number in the clip captioned “Tonight’s pre-show hype song (sic)”.

Recently, Nick has been expressing his love for Bollywood numbers with these pre-show hype songs. Prior to this, Nick posted a clip of himself and his team members on social media tapping a foot on the Shararat song from Aditya Dhar`s directorial Dhurandhar. He disclosed that he has turned the peppy number into his new pre-show hype song. The video uploaded by him on his IG showed Nick and his buddies dancing on the track with full energy.
Before that, the American singer and actor chose Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani`s Aavan Jaavan song from War 2 as his pre-show hype track. He shared another fun clip of himself dancing to the peppy Bollywood number.
Zeenat Aman reacts to Nick`s pre-song ritual
Zeenat Aman reshared Nick`s video of them dancing to her iconic song. The actress also shared the story behind the song which she had revealed in one of her previous Instagram posts. She replugged the post for anyone interested in the story behind the song that is among the most popular and revisited tracks from Bollywood.
Narrating the tale behind the voice of the song, a 15-year-old Nazia, Zeenat wrote, “There was a family of three waiting for me in the lobby of my London hotel, but I was not keen to make small talk with fans. I had just wrapped a day of shoot, and all I wanted was silence, a hot shower and my bed. Yet my convent school education would not allow me to be rude. So I smiled sweetly and took a seat… with my thoughts wandering to the luxurious suite that awaited me just a few floors above.”
“The lady was elegant. Her name was Muniza. And with her were her two teenaged children. A quiet girl named Nazia and a boy named Zoheb. I hadn’t planned to entertain them for long, but soon found myself drawn into deep dialogue with Muniza. They were a charming and cultured family of Pakistani origin, and to my surprise I found myself inviting them to join me in my suite. That night I learnt that Nazia and Zoheb were pursuing music, and I even enjoyed a brief demo of young Nazia’s pipes. Muniza and I remained in touch, and I subsequently introduced her to Feroz Khan, with whom I was starting work on an ambitious project.
