Oval Test Weather report: Will rain end India’s chances of levelling series?

The stage is set for a thrilling series finale at the Oval as England and India battle it out to settle the scores once and for all. The four Tests so far have delivered drama and entertainment for the fans, and all the matches have gone to the fifth day, and in some cases, to the final session.

India came into the contest on the back of a brilliant performance in the Manchester Test, where they looked dead and buried for most part of the contest. Day 4 saw them get reduced to 0 for two in the very first over and many felt that the game was done. However, captain Shubman Gill and KL Rahul stepped up massively with a stunning partnership that ensured the contest went into the final day. The wickets of Rahul and Gill once again made the Indian fans sweat but their worries were put to bed by the defiance from Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar.

While weather has been kind for most part of the series, will it affect the final Test at the Oval?
