WWE superstar John Cena has officially stepped away from professional wrestling. He fought the final match of his 16-match retirement run in Washington against Gunther, bringing a remarkable 24-year journey in the ring to a close.Beyond wrestling, Cena is also a successful actor who has worked in several films and series, including ‘The Marine’ (2006), ‘Fast X’ (2023), ‘Blockers’ (2018), ‘Daddy’s Home’ (2015), ‘The Suicide Squad’ (2021), and many more. Now, Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda, who will be working with him on an upcoming Hollywood project, has penned a heartfelt message for him.

Their upcoming film together
Randeep Hooda and John Cena will soon be seen in the action-adventure comedy Hollywood film ‘Matchbox’. The film is directed by Sam Hargrave and written by David Coggeshall and Jonathan Tropper. Along with Hooda and Cena, the movie also features Jessica Biel and Danai Gurira.In the film, Cena plays a former soldier who reunites with his childhood friends after completing a mission. Matchbox is scheduled for a 2026 release.
