As the anticipation builds around Netflix`s final season of Stranger Things, the lead actor, Millie Bobby Brown, has reportedly filed a formal complaint against co-star David Harbour. In her complaint, she has accused the actor of bullying and harassment on set. Millie`s claims have allegedly prompted an internal investigation within the company.
Millie Bobby Brown sues David Harbour for bullying and harassment
Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, accused David Harbour, who plays her on-screen father Jim Hopper, of “bullying and harassing” her. According to reports, the allegations are serious; however, they do not involve sexual misconduct.
A source of Radar Online reportedly revealed, “Mille Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season. There were pages and pages of accusations. The investigation went on for months.” Notably, Netflix has declined to comment on the matter or anything else related to the subject. However, sources confirmed that the platform is not letting anything overshadow the release of the much-anticipated finale, Stranger Things season 5.
A source from Netflix reportedly told the portal, “It will be a theatrical event. Nothing is going to overshadow this, not even the leading man`s private life.”
Although Netflix has abstained from commenting on the matter, they have allegedly conducted a months-long internal probe. However, the results of the investigation have not been made public. Insiders also indicated that Netflix is ensuring that the controversy does not interfere with the show’s long-awaited conclusion.
