Australia’s second-session dominance rolled on as Cameron Green struck a well-made fifty and shared a 93-run stand with Steve Smith. After Green’s dismissal, Travis Head joined forces with Smith, who soon reached his half-century, and together they pushed the lead past 200 with positive intent. However, Bad Light shortened the final session to just 13.3 overs, during which West Indies hit back strongly with Justin Greaves picking up two key wickets, including Smith, while Shamar Joseph removed the dangerous Head. Alex Carey, though, has looked solid once again and, alongside the skipper, will aim to stretch the lead as much as possible when play resumes on Day 4.
