Kris Jenner, the momager of the Kardashian sisters, opened up about why she continues to have ties with the ex-flames of her daughters, even if the breakups were complicated and scrutinized in public. The 70-year-old reality star does not believe in severing the relationships, as she thinks about moving forward from the issues and a peaceful future.
Kris Jenner explains why she continues to maintain relationships
Jenner highlighted that in most of the cases, the ex-boyfriends or ex-husbands are the fathers of her grandchildren. Keeping them in consideration, the media mogul claims that the challenging times would not change the bond. In a recent conversation with Jay Shetty on his podcast ‘On Purpose,’ Jenner shared, “First of all, I believe in my heart and in my soul, love is love. And I fall in love with people. These are, in most cases, the fathers of my grandchildren. And I love these men,” before adding, “And that love doesn’t go away when we experience really challenging times with them. It just doesn’t turn off like that for me.”
Kris Jenner thinks about the future
With a need to promote stability and kindness to her grandchildren, Jenner shared that the ex-partners can always reach out to her. Moreover, she doesn’t want them to think that she treated their dads poorly, adding, “Or I wasn’t loving and kind and compassionate and forgiving? So I teach my kids forgiveness. It’s one of the biggest lessons that I can teach them, to forgive somebody whose treated you badly and move on.” Meanwhile, Kris Jenner is also aware of the fact that the same men have treated her daughters poorly, leaving a bad taste. However, she has handled the matters in private, which has only led to dealing with things maturely. Some of the ex-loves include Travis Scott, Kanye West, Scott Disick, Tristan Thompson, and many more.
