Hello and welcome to everyone as we head into Day 2 of this Test match between Zimbabwe and New Zealand. Day 1 of the Test match saw New Zealand dominate Zimbabwe. The hosts were bowled out for 149, with Matt Henry taking 6/39 and Nathan Smith claiming 3/20. Zimbabwe’s top order collapsed to 31/3, but Nick Welch and Craig Ervine showed resistance, adding 36 runs together. However, Henry’s spell broke the partnership, and Zimbabwe’s innings was eventually wrapped up. In response, New Zealand reached 92/0 at Stumps, with Devon Conway not out on 51 and Will Young not out on 41, batting comfortably, leaving them 57 runs behind with all 10 wickets in hand.
