Anushka Sharma recently celebrated her daughter Vamika’s fifth birthday with her husband, Virat Kohli and their two kids. The actress took to social media to mark the day of gratitude for motherhood and cherish every moment with her daughter.

To mark the special occasion of her daughter`s birthday, Anushka reshared an emotional post on Instagram and wrote, “And I wouldn’t go back to any version of me that didn’t know you, my child. Jan 11, 2021 (red heart)”
In her post, Anushka Sharma reminisced on her life by resharing a post on motherhood. The post included a visual art picture of a mother holding her child. A part of her post read, “Let motherhood change you – and take responsibility for this new version of you. The idea that we can keep our old lives, just slightly adjusted, and simply take our babies along… is only partly true. No one mentioned the cost. With tired eyes and a full heart, our needs are not disappearing – they’re being rearranged.”

Anushka and Virat recently welcomed the new year together by looking stunning as always for their celebrations. In the photographs that surfaced online, the couple were seen beautifully posing together. While Anushka wore a chic black dress, Kohli donned a blue suit paired with a white T-shirt. On the last day of 2025, Virat also posted a playful photo with the actress, showing them with face paint.
Anushka and Virat began dating in 2013 after they met on the set of a commercial they worked on together. After nearly four years of dating, the couple got married in Italy in December 2017. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Vamika, on January 11, 2021. Later, their son Akaay was born on February 15, 2024. The couple often keeps their personal life private and has maintained a strict no-photo policy for their children.
Initially based in Mumbai, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli later moved to London to give their kids a more normal childhood away from the spotlight.
