
Actor Rachel McAdams, known for her acclaimed performances in films such as Mean Girls (2004), The Notebook (2004), Sherlock Holmes (2009), The Vow (2012), and Spotlight (2015), has been honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce shared the announcement on its official website and said the actor was presented with the recognition on Tuesday at 6922 Hollywood Boulevard. “McAdams has built a remarkable career defined by range, depth, and enduring impact on audiences around the world,” Ana Martinez, Walk of Fame producer, said in a statement.
The actor will next feature in Send Help, also starring Dylan O’Brien. Directed by Sam Raimi, it is set to release in theatres on January 30.
