The movie ‘Spa’ is now fully censored and the team has officially announced that the film has received an A certificate. The makers have also fixed the release date as February 12. This is a special moment for director Abrid Shine, because this is the first time one of his films is getting an A certificate. In a statement, Abrid Shine says he made this film in a fun way and wanted it to be something that “everyone above 18 years can enjoy.” So the movie is meant for adults, but it has a very simple and happy tone.
A story inside a spa centre
The story of Spa happens inside a spa centre. Abrid Shine says the movie shows the people who come to the spa and also the funny things that happen with them. He tells all these moments in a soft and humorous way.Even though the film does not have big superstar names, the actors in it perform strongly. Abrid Shine believes the cast has given the film the right feeling he wanted.

Swaroop Philip is the cinematographer and Ishan Chhabra made the music. The lyrics are by B.K. Harinarayanan, Santosh Varma and Anand Sreeraj. Manoj is the editor. The final mix is by M.R. Rajakrishnan. Shri Shankar has done the sound design and sound edit.
Worldwide release plan
The team says that ‘Spa’ will release worldwide on February 12 through Cyber System Australia. In Kerala and the rest of India, the movie will be released in theatres by Sparrayal & White Chariot.
First song brings warm feeling
Earlier, the makers shared a song from the movie. The song starts with the words “Hridayavathi…” and it has a very soft and warm feeling. This song is special because singer Minmini is making a comeback. She has sung the song with Madhu Balakrishnan. Many people felt the song sounds like old 80s movie songs and they liked that simple sweetness. The visuals show Vineeth Thattile and Radhika Radhakrishnan. The music team has given the song a gentle retro touch.On the other hand, Abrid Shine also has the most awaited film ‘Action Hero Biju 2’ in the pipeline.
