
Global star Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently arrived in India for work commitments and is currently in Amritsar, Punjab. During her visit, the actress paid a visit to the Golden Temple. A viral video now shows her engaging in seva by washing vessels in the premises.

In the clip circulating on X, Priyanka Chopra is seen cleaning utensils alongside several other women at Sri Darbar Sahib. She was dressed in a baby pink Indian outfit, with her dupatta covering her head, which is mandatory at the temple premises.
After the video went viral, netizens praised the actress for performing seva. One user wrote, “Good to see that she has not forgotten her roots,” while another commented, “Waheguru ji.” A third user noted, “Wow, being Sikh, I haven’t done much seva.”

Earlier this week, Priyanka also spotlighted the rich culinary heritage of Punjab through a vibrant Instagram story from Amritsar. She shared a visually indulgent post featuring a traditional North Indian thali, captioned “Just Amritsar things…” alongside a face-savoring-food emoji.
The image showcased a quintessential Punjabi meal, with two golden-brown Amritsari kulchas at the centre—likely stuffed with spiced potatoes or paneer and baked in a tandoor.
The platter also included small bowls of dal makhani and chole, along with sides of yogurt, butter, and pickled onions with green chillies.
Adding to the cultural mood, the story was set to the song Sohni Lagdi by Diljit Dosanjh.
On March 26, she documented her journey from New Delhi to Amritsar via a digital flight map shared on Instagram Stories. She also posted short clips of Punjab’s lush green farmlands, filmed from her window seat.
Before heading to Amritsar, the actor was spotted at the Delhi airport interacting with fans and posing for photographs.
