In the IPL 2026 match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Mumbai Indians (MI) have reached the score of 99 runs for the loss of two wickets after the completion of 10 overs at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

With an aim of chasing the target of 241 runs, MI`s opening batsman Rohit Sharma scored 19 runs in 13 balls, including two boundaries, before retiring hurt.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Ryan Rickelton registered 37 runs after facing 22 balls, with the help of three boundaries and the same number of maximums. Tilak Varma departed on a low score as he scored just one run in three balls.

Suryakumar Yadav and skipper Hardik Pandya are unbeaten at the crease. Facing 17 balls, Suryakumar has registered 27 runs, including four boundaries. Pandya has also scored 12 runs off five balls, with the help of a boundary and a maximum.

RCB`s Suyash Sharma has bagged two wickets by conceding 22 runs in two overs. Jacob Duffy, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Krunal Pandya, and Impact Player, Rasikh Salam, are yet to claim their first wickets.

Earlier in the first innings of the match, Bengaluru posted a total of 240 runs for the loss of four wickets in 20 overs.

Having put to bat first, RCB`s opening batsman Phil Salt smashed 78 runs in just 36 balls, which also included six boundaries and the same number of maximums. Stalwart Virat Kohli registered 50 runs after facing 38 balls. During his knock, he registered five boundaries and a maximum.

Skipper Rajat Patidar delivered an explosive knock of 53 runs. Facing just 20 balls, he smashed four boundaries and five towering maximums.

Later, Tim David smashed an unbeaten 34 runs in just 16 balls, with the help of two boundaries and three maximums. Wicketkeeper-batsman Jitesh Sharma was dismissed for 10 runs in nine balls, including a boundary. Along with David, Romario Shepherd stayed unbeaten on two runs in two balls. With this, RCB posted a total of 240 runs for the loss of four wickets in 20 overs.

MI`s Shardul Thakur, Trent Boult, Hardik Pandya, Mitchell Santner, and Shardul Thakur bagged one wicket each. Jasprit Bumrah and Mayank Markande went wicketless in the IPL 2026 match against RCB.
