In a recent interaction with Siddharth Kannan, Annu Kapoor spoke about the thought behind his comment. He said that during a show in the USA, he and his team were discussing song choices for contestants and were looking for something slightly tricky. The song Aaj Ki Raat from Stree 2 was suggested. He watched the video of the song and praised Tamannaah’s performance in it.
