Ravish Desai is set to enter Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye as Shubh Kadam, Amruta’s (Sriti Jha) ex-fiancé. Desai is returning to television after eight years. His character Kadam returns to Mumbai to expand his business and make amends with Amruta. “Shubh is a different kind of character from what I have played before. He’s a man who believes men are the only decision makers, and women have no say. I’ve missed the daily connection with the audience,” says the actor.

`Freedom at Midnight`, directed by Nikkhil Advani, has just been released and is already receiving rave reviews from audiences. The political drama delves into the struggle for independence and highlights the contributions of historical figures like Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, and Sardar Patel in shaping India`s history. The series is inspired by and adapted from the acclaimed book of the same name by Dominique Lapierre and Larry Collins. The first season premiered today, November 15, 2024.

Musician Will.i.am has shared the reason behind him living in a hotel as he’s never owned a house. The musician, 49, is said to be worth around $70 million partly due to his string of hits including ‘Boom Boom Pow’ and ‘I Gotta Feelin’’, but has revealed he doesn’t feel like he’s “made it”, partly he’s never put down permanent roots, reports ‘Female First UK’.

He said at the AfroTech conference in Houston, “As far as the idea of ‘I made it’, I don’t think I made it, because every milestone takes me to the next milestone. I’m making it. I’ve never had a house. I bought myself a studio. I have my office, but I stay in a hotel. “I don’t have a house because I ain’t bought the house that says ‘I made it’”.

As per ‘Female First UK’, the musician, who was born William James Adams Jr, also stressed he grew up living in a South Los Angeles housing project.

He added: “I remember my mom was like, ‘Wait, put your clothes on. You go up here to get our food stamps. Sit in this line to get this cheese’. When you are in a project, that’s your reality. You come outside, your best friend that you grew up with is no longer with you because he got shot and you want to dream different – that’s where I get ambition from”.

Will.i.am has added to his music fortune by investing in technology companies. He is also the founder and CEO of Fyi.AI, a new messenger and tool for streamlining apps.

The actress who does not give much interviews and keeps her personal life low profile for the first time opened up about her journey for the Netflix documentary `Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale`. Janhvi supports Nayanthara amid feud with Dhanush

Janhvi’s post comes amid the ongoing feud between Nayanthara and Dhanush. On November 16, Nayanthara shared an open letter shared on her official Instagram account. Addressed to her colleague, Dhanush, the letter unveiled long-standing grievances, hinting at a strained professional relationship between the two.

In her letter, the ‘Jawan’ actress accused Dhanush of being envious of actors who achieve success through their own efforts rather than industry connections. She referred to him as a “tyrant” and a “small-hearted person,” alleging that he harboured a personal grudge against her and her partner, director Vignesh Shivan.

Nayanthara also made pointed comments about Dhanush`s character, asserting that his public image, often seen as friendly and positive, was in stark contrast to his true nature. She called on him to “remove the mask” he wore in public and cease pretending to be someone he wasn’t.

An excerpt from her lengthy letter read, “What’s even more shocking is your legal notice after the release of the trailer of the Netflix Documentary. We were startled to read those lines wherein you questioned the usage of some videos (just 3 seconds) which were shot in our personal devices and that too BTS visuals that are already very much publicly present on social media and claimed a sum of Rs. 10 crores as damages for the mere 3 seconds. This is an all time low from you and speaks so much about your character. I wish you were half the person you portray to be on stage in audio launches in front of your innocent fans but clearly you do not practice what you preach, at least not for me and my partner.”

The controversy has sparked reactions from several actresses who have worked with Dhanush. Shruti Haasan and others including Aishwarya Rajesh, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Nazriya Fahadh, Anupama Parameswaran Parvathy Thiruvothu have expressed their solidarity with Nayanthara.
